  • What is your return policy?

    We are happy to accept any returns for items that remain in their original condition with the tags and liners. Returns will only be accepted if the item has been unused and unworn. 

    When submitting for a return, we will send you a DHL return form via email and you will need to contact DHL to arrange a pick up time slot. 

    All returns are free of charge but shipping fees are non-refundable.

    Any items purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged with no exceptions to sizing issues. 

    All return requests should be made within 14 days of delivery. The refund will be processed within 5 business days after the delivery of the returned items, and can either be credited back to your original payment method or converted into store credit.

  • How can I make an exchange and when will I receive it?

    If you need to exchange an item, you would need to return the original item you purchased and make a new purchase on our website. You will have the new order delivered within 5-10 days with DHL express delivery.

  • Will I receive a refund for a refused international package?

    Once our team has received your package back, we will process a refund for the items in the package minus a $25 shipping fee.

    If you purchased your item with our Free International Shipping, we will only deduct the cost of returning your items back to our store from your refund.

  • I haven’t received my package but it says it’s been delivered.

    We’re sorry to hear about that! Sometimes, packages can be marked as delivered before they physically are so please allow 24 hours since you receive a delivery confirmation to receive your package. If this time period has passed, there a few steps you can take to find out the status of your package:

    Contact your local DHL service and try and get hold of your direct postal person as they may have a recollection of where they left it.

    Ask your neighbours if they have received your package by mistake.

    File a claim on the DHL website and provide our team with the claim number.

    We cannot be held responsible for order anacountable after they are marked as ‘Delivered’. Please make sure that there is someone who can accept the package for you during the day and that your mail area is secure. An official non-emergency police report must be filed with all claims for packages not received after being marked as “Delivered”. 

  • Will I have to pay tax duties?

    All international packages may be subject to taxes and duties. 

    Your country's local customs office will assess the additional customs fees and notify DHL to charge those fees.

    DHL will contact you for this additional charge by email, phone, or physical notice. The amount of the charge is at the complete discretion of one's local government.

    We are legally required to claim the true price of products purchased and our shipping system automatically enters this information into the customs documents it creates.

    Please note: If you used a discount on your order, your customs office assesses taxes based on the original retail price. 

    We are unable to offer a refund for taxes/duties.
